Data Usage

Our website can be used without providing personal information.

If personal information (e.g. name, address or e-mail address) is collected by our website (e.g. contact form, Newsletter), such information will only be used for the specific purpose, i.e. for the purpose notified by you.

Personal information will not be disclosed to a third party by us without your express consent. The only exceptions to that are cases where we are obliged to do so by law or by a court order.

The following data is collected by our Internet server:

• IP address
• Time
• Visited pages
• Browser ID
• Operating system
• Previously visited page

This data is automatically stored by the server and graphically processed via Webalizer or AWStats. We use this data, for example, for identification of errors or attacks or generally for optimisation of our website - but such data is not combined with personal data by us.

We do not use any web analysis or tracking tools, e.g. Google Analytics or Matomo on our website and do not use any Social Media Plugins, e.g. Google+ or Facebook.

We take data protection very seriously and therefore do not use Cookies on our website.

Our employees and our subcontractors have been obliged to comply with the statutory data protection regulations.

Personal information request, deletion and correction

You have the right to see the stored personal information and be informed of the purpose of the processing - at any time and free of charge.

You also have the right to correct or delete the information.

You can request corrections or deletions at any time by simply sending us an e-mail. You will find contact information on our contact page and on the imprint page

Your data will be deleted automatically if the purpose of the survey has ceased and no legal regulations preclude this.

Data for the sending of the Newsletter

The registration system for the Newsletter uses the "Double-Opt-In" method. This means that after you have registered, you will receive an e-mail from us, which contains a link for the final registration.

Your e-mail address will be stored if you finally register for the Newsletter distribution list or otherwise automatically deleted by us after 30 days.

The e-mail address will only be used for the sending of the Newsletter and will not be disclosed to a third party. A use for a different purpose will not take place.

You can cancel the Newsletter registration at any time by deregistering on the Newsletter page, by using the link on your Newsletter or by sending us an informal request by e-mail.

We do not perform a statistical analysis.

Use of e-mails

If you send us an e-mail, your e-mail address will only be used for such intended purpose (correspondence) and will not be disclosed to a third party.
